Risk disclosures

GHOST / GHOSTS are experimental. Nothing here is financial advice.

Market

$GHOST can go to zero. NFT rewards depend on trading volume and privacy-product fees, which can dry up.

Contracts

Bugs are possible. Prefer verified deployments. Treat unknown UIs as hostile. Pools are UUPS-upgradeable by admin — treat upgrade key custody as critical.

Irreversible actions

Locked $GHOST cannot be withdrawn.

Privacy

Shielded notes hide amounts and ownership inside the set. Deposits, withdrawals, aggregate balances, and protocol fees remain visible. A first shield from a known wallet fingerprints that deposit. A Ghost does not hide exits. Compromised devices or mishandled note keys can lose funds with no recovery.

Ops

Wrong admin wiring or a mismatched join-split verifier can break private transfers. Confirm addresses before you mint, lock, or shield.
